I just installed JC4MP for the first time. I also installed Just Cause 4 for (as I recall) the first time on this new computer. Every time I try to join a server, it acts like it's going to launch, but stays as a blank screen that goes unresponsive and crashes. I'm on Windows 11 and I own Just Cause 4 on Steam.

For me it stays on a black screen for 2 minutes, then lags and freezes for another 2 minutes before I am actually on the server so uhm

Are you able to launch Just Cause 4 fine without multiplayer?

Fun fact, JC3MP's poor performance is kinda my fault lol. I found a glitch with their web view rendering that only happened to like me and one other person, but bitched enough about it and gave the devs steps to reproduce, which resulted in a temporary fix that tanked everyone's performance, which was rewritten with 1.1 or whatever but never got released 🤣

the good news is that our webview is already terrible so it can't get worse...hopefully
