Does the mod allow you to play the missions, stunts, etc. while playing with another player? I'm very new to the mod (haven't downloaded it yet), so I would like to someone tell me how the mod works, what does it offer, how can I start my own server for my friend, just the basics of the mod.

Any help and answers will be kindly received! :)

although i don't see the point of doing own servers, unless you have custom requirements that the current freeroams don't have

you mean jc4mp? and what do you mean in this case by "missions"?

singleplayer missions?

I mean the multiplayer mod of Just Cause 3

no clue , never worked on JC3MP , although it uses C++ and not LUA
