I'm looking for a way to draw a floating market that's visible when players are within a certain distance from it, preferably visible through terrain too. If anyone is familiar with jc3mp, it should be similar to the standard teleport location markers in there. The only reliable way I found is by letting the client set a waypoint, but those disable when you get too close and won't reappear until you leave the radius and enter it again.

Is there any other way to do this reliably?
