I do NOT wanna spend hours to make a server. Is it complicated to do all that shit or is it just basic stuff like the normal mod installing process?

It's pretty quick to install the basic server, however everything is really bare bones so you'll have to add EVERYTHING yourself. Basically you'll just have an empty server that you can only run around in, no grapple hooks, guns, etc.

there are scripts and there are mods

you can read the wiki on how to add Mods
